We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any problem it is important to contact us as soon as possible so that the situation can be resolved.
We would like to advise you that, with the current supply chain difficulties, it may become necessary to provide an alternative product, of a similar specification.
It is important to check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any goods arrive damaged and are accepted from our carriers, please notify us within 24hrs by email and attach a photo, of the damage, to the email. If any goods prove to be unsuitable please contact us to arrange return, within 7 days, in the original packaging and in an unused condition for full refund less any postage costs.
Orders can be cancelled any time prior to dispatch with no charge. Orders cancelled after this time will be subject to carriage charges.
